All above prices are in EURO.

For every extra bed the charge is 10 EURO.

Reservations’ Verification only by deposits in bank accounts.

Cancellation terms

1. There is no charge on cancellation, 21 days before your arrival.
2. If you cancel your reservation: 7 to 20 days before your arrival, there is an extra charge of 50% on the total stay cost.
3. 1 to 6 days before your arrival, there is an extra charge of 100% on the total stay cost.
4. In case you do not inform us on the cancellation or in case you leave before the stated date the unit shall get a reimbursement of an extra 100% on the total stay cost.
